YatraCanvas creates artistic interpretations using AI. Results may contain visual inaccuracies and should not be treated as documentary photographs or factual depictions of people, places, clothing, religion, or events.

Your responsibilities

Upload only photographs you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or privacy-infringing material. You remain responsible for how you use and share the finished artwork.

Purchased memories

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Purchased memories are added to the signed-in account after payment confirmation and do not expire while the service and account remain available. One memory is used only after a successful creation; failed generation attempts do not consume it. Deleting a completed image does not restore the used memory.

Refunds

If a confirmed payment is not credited or a technical issue prevents use of purchased memories, contact support with the payment reference. Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Memories already used for successful creations are generally not refundable.

Service availability

Generation speed and availability depend on third-party processing capacity. Failed attempts do not consume a creation. YatraCanvas may limit automated or abusive requests.
